We offer a 15-day return and exchange window for all eligible ready-to-wear pieces, provided they meet the following conditions:

2. Tags and labels must remain intact and unaltered.
3. The product should be free from any stains, fragrance, or damage.
   
   Once your return is received and inspected by our team, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

For exchanges, you may opt for a different size or an alternate style of equal value, subject to availability.
