Change of Heart? No Problem!

At NIYARA, we want you to love what you wear! But we've got your back if it’s not a perfect match. You can request an exchange or return within 5 days of receiving your order.

 

Here’s how it works:

The Fine Print:

  1. 5-Day Exchange or Return Window: If it’s not love at first sight, let us know within 5 days of delivery. We'll help you exchange it or process a return. 
  2. Tags, Please!: Make sure your item is in its original condition with all tags attached. Missing tags or any signs of wear and tear? Sorry, but no returns or exchanges in that case! 
  3. Damaged Goods: If the item arrives damaged, send us pictures immediately. We’ll take care of it. However, items damaged after delivery are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  

What We Can’t Take Back:

  1. Items without tags or that show signs of wear
  2. Damaged goods post-delivery
  3. Any item that’s been altered or washed

 

Refund Process:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Give us 7-10 business days to process it once we receive your return.
