Not quite feeling your purchase? You have 5 days to let us know!
We offer returns or exchanges on eligible products, provided they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and labels intact.
Select premium pieces are exchange-only and cannot be returned. If the fit isn’t quite right, you can exchange them within 5 days, subject to our exchange policy.
Please note: Products with missing tags, stains, damage, alterations, odour, or any visible signs of wear/use will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Because every NIYARA piece deserves to come back just as fabulous as it left.
What We Can’t Take Back:
- Items without tags or that show signs of wear
- Damaged goods post-delivery
- Any item that’s been altered or washed
Refund Process:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Give us 7-10 business days to process it once we receive your return.
