1. Fashion First – Orders & Payments

  • Order Confirmations: Once you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the fabulous details. If you don’t see it, check your spam (or the fashion gods must have other plans).
  • Payments: We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with the usual suspects—UPI, Net Banking, and more. Payments must be completed in full at the time of purchase. No IOUs here!
  • Cancellations: Changed your mind? No worries! You can cancel your order before it's shipped. Once it’s on its way, there’s no turning back (except for returns, of course).

 

2. Delivery – On Time, Every Time!

  • Shipping: We promise to deliver your order to your doorstep on time. If you're in a metro city, you can expect your NIYARA magic within 3-5 business days. For the rest of India, give us a tiny bit more time (but we won’t make you wait too long).
  • Delivery Delays: Fashionably late? Not our style! But in case of unforeseen, we’ll keep you informed. Rest assured; your outfit will reach you!

 

3. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds – Keep It Fabulous!

  • Returns & Exchanges: Not feeling your purchase? You have 5 days to let us know! We offer exchanges or returns, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached. If it’s missing tags or shows signs of wear, it’s all yours, darling!
  • Damaged Items: If something arrives damaged (gasp!), get in touch with us immediately. We’ll fix it faster than you can say “wardrobe malfunction.”
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. Quick, easy, and stress-free, just like shopping should be!

 

4. Size, Style & Sass – Product Information

  • Sizing: We take sizing seriously. Every product comes with a detailed size guide, so you can find your perfect fit. If you’re unsure, reach out to us. We’re happy to help you in style.
  • Style & Color Variations: Keep in mind that colors might vary slightly due to screen resolutions (but we promise, the real deal will still be stunning!). Our designs are made to stand out and bring you compliments.
